1.1 MCU control circuit
System selected as the universal application of the AT89C52 microcontroller MCU. The internal 8k bytes of FLASH program memory and 1256 bytes of RAM. The internal microcontroller is only one universal asynchronous serial port. In order to simultaneously communicate with the GPS and GSM modules, the microcontroller needs two serial ports. Therefore, application of the system to complete the serial port expansion chip GM8123 GSM GPS data and send and receive data at the same time. SCM and GM8123 module interface circuit shown in Figure 2.
GM8123 chip serial port expansion work in the form of multi-channel work, the forms of control pin MS = 0. The form of multi-channel serial interface also allows full-duplex 3 sub work. In this form of work, the chip's address lines STADDl ~ O is an input port, controlled by the MCU to select the desired sub serial port to send data, address lines SRADDl ~ 0 is the output port for the data to the MCU to return the child to accept the serial port address. After the control of the chip, the microcontroller can simultaneously GPS module and GSM module with full-duplex communication.

1.2 GSM Module
GSM module as the object being to maintain and monitor the transfer of information between users. The system uses Siemens GSM module industry TC35i. TC35i module is an industrial-level GSM module, working in the GSM900 and GSMl800 dual-band, support Chinese SMS. TC35i Data Interface (CMOS level) two-way transmission through AT command instructions and data, which supports Text and PDU format of SMS (short audio).

1.3 GPS Module
Yushchenko system uses the GPS module SIRF flexibility of third-generation high-wire type GPS module accepted SIRF star Ⅲ. The chip is less than 10m positioning accuracy, able to simultaneously track up to 20 satellite channels. Its internal rechargeable battery that can keep ephemeris data, for quick positioning.
